I managed this project and I worked closely with Nana Kwame Bediako.

Details;
1. Developed a luxurious website for the Bel Air Crest in Accra, Ghana.
2. Did the integration of direct bookings on the website and increase direct sales by integrating with a capable booking engine.

3. Led the project to switch the PMS from Sky Horizon to OPERA PMS.
4. Managed the project to switch channel managers, establish a connection with OPERA PMS and connect with Booking.com, Expedia.com, Agoda.com, and various other channels.
